Professional Registration
Our undergraduate program is accredited by the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board and the Canadian Council of Land Surveyors. Our Engineering accreditation is recognized in all provinces while our Land Surveying accreditation is recongized in all provinces except Quebec.
Professional Engineering
All graduates of our program are eligible to register as Engineers-in-training with one of the provincial engineering associations. Graduates should contact their respective provincial associations for information about registration and professional examinations.

Professional Land Surveying
Students who complete ENGO 579, ENGO 581, BSEN 395 and two of ENGO 545, ENGO 451, or ENGO 531 as technical electives may apply for a “Certificate of completion of the academic requirements for professional surveyors” from the Canadian Board of Examiners for Professional Surveyors. Please note that CBEPS requirements have recently changed and the CBEPS publications are the authoritive source for information about their requirements. Students who have obtained the certificate of completion should then contact the registrar of their respective provincial land surveyors association for information about articling and professional examinations.
